November 11, 1918 was a turning point in the history of Poland. It is an important date for every Pole which is a symbol of love for the homeland, fight for freedom, faith and victory. Every year, on November 11, the National Independence Day is celebrated, commemorating Poland regaining independence in 1918 after 123 years of captivity.
